Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to George Latimer for Congress are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions are limited to personal funds of $6,600 per person for the 2024 election cycle: $3,300 for the Primary and $3,300 for the General. Contributions from qualified Federal PACs are limited to $5,000 per PAC per election cycle. Contributions from unions, corporations, national banks, federal government contrac- tors and foreign nationals are prohibited. Federal law requires political committees to use their best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in an election cycle.
