Garfield County Democrats Latino Outreach Initiative

The Garfield County Democrats are investing in a long-term project to deepen our engagement with Latino community members with the goal of mobilizing left-leaning Latino voters and bringing a greater diversity of viewpoints and leaders to the table. We launched our Latino Outreach Initative in May 2022. Since then, our work has included:

• Registering Latino voters
• Fostering and training Latino community leaders
• Educating Latino community members about ways in which the issues they care about can be addressed through civic engagement
• Advising the GarCo Dems on becoming a more inclusive and representative organization

We know that this project will require a multi-year investment in order to truly bear fruit. Supporters like you are critical to making that a reality.
