Hi! My name is Lauren Hines and I am running to be your next state representative for District 5. I'm excited to put my experience, education, and skills to use creating a brighter future for all Kentuckians.

As a lifelong Kentuckian and a resident of Calloway County for 30 years, I am deeply connected to this community and am committed to doing my part to ensure that we have the resources and policies that allow our people to thrive. I'm confident that my professional experience as a teacher, financial advisor, and real estate agent have provided me the knowledge and skillset to address issues impacting everyday Kentuckians.


As a proud alumna of Murray State University and the Patterson School of Diplomacy at the University of Kentucky, I am committed to using facts and data in advocating for public education, accessible healthcare, and economic growth in our community and throughout the Bluegrass.
