Ed Lazere is an experienced leader who has fought for economic and racial justice in DC—and won. Now, he’s running to bring bolder, more progressive leadership to the DC Council At‑Large.
Ed is a Fair Elections candidate. That means he isn’t taking any contributions from corporations or PACs, all donations are limited to a maximum of $100, and donations from DC residents are matched 5-to-1.
Contribution rules
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am either a District of Columbia resident individual making a small-dollar contribution or a non-District of Columbia resident individual.
- I certify and affirm that this contribution is being made in my name.
- I am making this contribution voluntarily and I have not received anything of value in return for this contribution.
- I understand that making a false statement is a violation of the law.
