LBJ 2026 Birthday Bash

Here in Hays County, we have a long-standing tradition of kicking off the fall election season with the LBJ Birthday Bash. This year, the event is set for Sunday, August 30. We'll again have great speakers!

4:00 - 7:00 pm.
Thanks to the efforts of so many supporters, we've changed the face of politics in Hays County.
"Progress That Sticks in '26" is our theme, and we're raising money to make a huge impact in '26 midterm elections. Your sponsorship and ticket buys will have an impact where it is needed most: right here in Hays County.
(Sponsorships are sold out, but still plenty of tables!)
NOTE: We'd LOVE for our sponsors and table hosts to send a check rather than do credit card, the % we lose on credit cards really adds up on these larger amounts! You can mail checks to Hays Dems, PO Box 204, San Marcos, TX 78667.

The Big Experience tickets entitle the winner of the drawing to select from several very good prizes:
- 50% of the money collected for Big Experience, up to $1000.
- Week long stay in very private cabin in the mountains of Colorado.
- Sports package for Texas State football game
- and more to come!
If you don't tell us who the tickets are for, we'll contact you around Aug. 16 to get the names- that's especially important for the tables!
