Contributions to Lisa Blunt Rochester Victory Fund 2024 will be allocated as follows: The first $6,600 of a person’s contribution and the first $10,000 of a multicandidate committee’s contribution will be allocated to Lisa Blunt Rochester for Senate. The first $3,300 of a person’s contribution and the first $5,000 of a multicandidate committee’s contribution will be designated for the primary election; the second $3,300/$5,000 will be designated for the general election. The next $10,000 of each person’s contribution and the next $5,000 of each multicandidate committee’s contribution will be allocated to the Democratic State Committee (Delaware). The next $5,000 of each contribution from a person or a PAC will be allocated to I Got Your Back PAC. Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting jay@bluewavepolitics.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.

Any additional funds will be allocated to the DNC, subject to applicable contribution limits. Contributions will be used in connection with federal elections, may be spent on any activity as each committee determines in its sole discretion, and will not be earmarked for any particular candidate.
