The Chicago Latino Caucus Foundation (a 501c3) was founded by the Chicago City Council Latino Caucus to serve as a vehicle for improving access to higher education by way of scholarships for Chicago's Latino youth and leadership development for Chicago's next generation of Latino leaders.


Our annual gala funds the

entirety of our scholarship program.


To date, the Foundation has awarded over $1 million to over 200 students from Chicago. The Foundation is governed by 15 members of the caucus.
