WA Dems Lawsuit Support Fund

WA Republicans have filed cowardly lawsuits to cast doubt on our free and fair elections. We still can't believe that the far right thinks they can get away with making these baseless claims here in Washington and we refuse to let them get away with it!

We’ve been doing a ton of work behind the scenes to identify every single weakness in their flimsy arguments and build a compelling case to shut down their ridiculous accusations of fraud. And I’m proud to report that we have officially filed motions to intervene in and dismiss these frivolous lawsuits.

Fighting this fight means working closely with our counsel, and lawyer fees rack up quickly. We’ve already invested thousands of dollars in this work and expect to spend significantly more when all is said and done.
