It is the mission of the National Workplace Bullying Coalition to educate, conversate, and legislate dignified workplaces to reduce workplace bullying and, if it happens, ways to report it and stop it quickly.
We are currently working on several projects to accomplish these goals. Your donation will go toward the following initiatives:
- Producing the first in a series of documentaries that bring attention to the massive crisis of workplace bullying and toxic leadership
- Developing and promoting a Dignity at Work Certification program
- Continuing to create content that supports targets of workplace bullying and toxic leadership
- Appearing at relevant conferences to spread the word
