Liberation Ecosystem, formerly known as The Vermont Releaf Collective, is a BIPOC-facing climate and social justice organization that strives to create a reciprocal, joyful, and care-centered community for marginalized Vermonters.
Grounded in our four priority areas - Land, Environment, Agriculture, and Foodways - Liberation Ecosystem provides programming, training, and resources to simultaneously honor the needs and expertise of BIPOC Vermonters in achieving access to critical conversations to increase equity and justice across our state. Our ultimate goal is the attainment of racial, social, economic, and ecological justice through the reclamation of kinship with the Land in the place we know as Home.
