I’m James Leuschen — raising three kids with my wife Janelle and caring for my mom here in Omaha. For the past 20 years, I’ve worked with top Democrats in Congress, mostly focused on economic issues that directly affect NE families — expanding Obamacare, helping pass the Child Tax Credit, and fighting to lower health care and housing costs. 

I know what Nebraskans are going through because I’m living it too: groceries, housing, health care, and child care costs that keep climbing. 

That’s why I’m running for Congress — to cut middle-class taxes, lower costs, and make it easier for Nebraskans to build a good life here. Donald Trump’s policies have made everything more expensive, and too many politicians in both parties avoid talking about it. I’m the last person Trump wants in Washington: someone who will call him out on his economic nonsense, knows how Congress works, and knows how we get things done for Nebraska - even in a broken Washington.
