The unified Democratic club, named for its founder Lew Fidler, has a threefold mission: to maintain the integrity of elections through the assignment of election workers, to ensure a high standard of government representation through grassroots organizing, and community empowerment through its charitable initiatives.

Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
Political contributions are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. Individuals, PACs and Partnerships may contribute. Corporations may contribute a total of $5,000 total aggregated political giving per year. All contributions made to a campaign or political committee by an LLC/PLLC shall be attributed to each member of the LLC/PLLC in proportion to the member's ownership interest in the company. By December 31st of any year in which an LLC/PLLC makes a contribution or expenditure, the LLC/PLLC must file with the New York State Board of Elections a statement of identity of all direct and indirect owners of the membership interests in the company and the proportion of each direct or indirect member's ownership interest.
