Sonya Fischer has always advocated for those who go unheard and underserved. When county government was failing kids like her daughter, Sonya fought back to fix a broken system. 


Now she’s running to fix what’s broken on the County Commission. She needs your help! Sonya is a steadfast supporter of the LGBTQ community in Clackamas County, and her leadership has been sorely missing.


Her opponent, MAGA Republican Ben West, dismantled the DEI committee in Clackamas County, supported Donald Trump sending federal troops into Portland, wants local law enforcement to be able to coordinated with masked, lawless ICE agents, and cozies up to conspiratorial election deniers. Not to mention the corruption -- he used taxpayer dollars to buy himself a $9200 office desk, and when his dad needed a job, he helped him get a cushy $33 per hour job at the county.
