My name is Lincoln E. Barnett and I am seeking your support and vote to serve as your next Arkansas State Representative for District #63! District 63 is a newly redrawn district that consist of parts of both Crittenden and St. Francis Counties. The People and Leaders of our local communities need solid support in our district seats that will advocate for them at the State Capitol.
