NJ Working Families and our team of plaintiffs filed a lawsuit to put this grossly undemocratic system on trial to make ALL New Jersey primary elections fair. The lawsuit has been making it's way through federal court. If we win, it will fundamentally reshape our state's politics.


Together we can take our democracy out of the hands of political bosses and it into the hands of voters. Abolish the Line!
