Help Put a Teacher on the PWC School Board

We have been told how great the economy is doing. Prince William County has opened new schools year after year to accommodate the growth of our considerably diverse population. Why are Prince William teachers paid less than teachers from nearby districts? Why are our class sizes still the largest in Northern Virginia? For too long, Prince William schools have been asked to do more with less.

I am running for Prince William School Board (the Coles seat) because I am an educator who knows the challenges students and teachers face in our public schools every day. I know what our current resources look like, how they are used, and why we need a more equitable system to support all our learners. I’ve worked among the best teachers and staff and have seen how work load and class size can exhaust our most seasoned professionals. This must change so that we can produce life-long learners who are ready for the challenges of college and career after high school. We need our community behind our students, investing in them. We must value our hard-working teachers and staff by raising salaries to be in line with neighboring districts.

Your contribution will help me create campaign materials to get my message out to voters. I need to reach voters in the Coles district and I'm asking for your help.
