Hi! I'm Elizabeth (Liz) Winer.


I am a dedicated mom and teacher who brings an educator’s perspective to the Cheney School Board. I hold a Master’s degree in Education and have over 13 years of experience as a high school science teacher. As the Board’s legislative representative and a District 10 representative to the Washington State School Directors Association (WSSDA)’s Legislative Committee, I have advocated for the District at the state level. I am also a member of the District’s Bond Advisory Team and Design Advisory Team, groups who are monitoring the progress of facilities improvements and the new elementary school.
