After years of investigation, Donald Trump has finally been indicted for the first of his countless crimes.

After his indictment in New York for hush money payments, Trump also faces indictments in Georgia for election fraud, and in Washington DC for the violent assault on Congress on January 6 as well as stealing highly classified documents.

Trump refuses to take responsibility for any of his crimes, and instead viciously attacks the prosecutors who are simply enforcing the law and the Constitution of the United States.

Even worse, Trump is urging his supporters to protest his prosecution with violence.

We will not let violence block Trump's lawful prosecution. We will meet Trump's insurrectionists with peaceful patriots who demand a fair and speedy trial.

Based on the available evidence, we have no doubt that an impartial jury will find Donald Trump guilty and sentence him to prison like any other convict.

Of course Trump's army of lawyers will file endless motions to prevent his conviction. But Trump's lawyers have failed in every previous case because his arguments are always baseless.

Ultimately Trump's imprisonment will be a vindication of the rule of law after years of assault by Trump and his Republican supporters.
