MVP goes beyond voter registration and mobilization to do local community building, advocacy and issue organizing year-round, building a base of power that can put pressure on whoever is elected to represent them.

We fund organizations and local leaders that are in their communities year-round, not one-off campaigns that come and go each cycle.

All donations are re-granted to local organizing groups to sustain their organizing work beyond 2020.

This event is hosted in partnership with the Brooklyn Resisters, a group of ~250 activists dedicated to activism and fundraising for the preservation of our democracy.
