It is time for a community organizer to lead the Denver Clerk and Recorder's office. I will protect and expand our democracy and make city records more accessible and transparent in the Mile High City.
Contribution rules
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- This contribution is made without any coercion or reimbursement.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Contributions are not tax deductible for income tax purposes. Denver City & County law requires us to use our best efforts to obtain and report the name and mailing address of each individual whose aggregate contributions equal or exceed $50 in a calendar year, and the occupation and employer for each individual whose aggregate contributions equal or exceed $200 in a calendar year. Cash contributions cannot exceed $49.99 in a single contribution. No person or corporation shall make contributions or contributions in-kind to Lopez for Denver which exceed $2,000 in aggregate. Foreign nationals are prohibited by law from contributing.
