LPAC endorsed Angie in 2016 and again in 2018, when she became the first LGBTQ person elected to represent Minnesota in the U.S. House of Representatives. She is also the first openly LGBTQ mother elected to Congress. She was re-elected in 2020 and 2022.
LPAC builds the political power of LGBTQ women by electing candidates who champion LGBTQ rights, women’s equality and social justice.
