Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
NOTE: Corporate contributions are prohibited by state law. Specifically, entities organized under the Texas Business Corporation Act are not permitted to make political contributions. Therefore, S Corps are not permitted, but entities such as LLPs and PCs, etc., are permitted. General partnerships and LLCs may also make contributions provided they do not contain any corporate members.
State law requires the Lulu Flores Campaign to use its best efforts to obtain and report the name, mailing address, occupation and employer of individuals whose contributions equal or exceed $500 per reporting period. Corporate contributions are prohibited by state law and cannot be accepted. There are no dollar limits on the amount of contribution. Contributions are not deductible for federal income tax purposes.
