TN v Garner Luncheon and Panel Discussion

Please join us for a panel discussion of the 1985 US Supreme Court decision, Tennessee v Garner, regarding police use of deadly force on a fleeing suspect. Lunch will be served. The event will be held on Friday, October 12th, 11:30-1:30, at First Baptist Broad Church, 2835 Broad Ave.  Moderator Judge Gina Higgins will lead the discussion between attorneys Walter Bailey and Benjamin Crump, Pastor Keith Norman, County Commissioner Tami Sawyer, Dr. Elana Delavega, and Captain Chuck Mays. CLE credit available.
