Texas is the future of American politics, with 40 electoral votes, multiple Latino-heavy congressional districts, and the fastest-growing electorate in the country. Yet today there is no statewide Latino outreach strategy. Republicans are advancing gerrymandered maps that weaken Latino representation and target trusted incumbents.
Latino Victory is stepping in to fill this void. The Latino Victory Texas Coalition is a three-year initiative to recruit strong Latino candidates ahead of the December filing deadline, hire a statewide outreach director, and invest in bilingual persuasion and turnout programs in Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Austin, and the Rio Grande Valley. This effort will build lasting infrastructure through 2028 so Latinos are not just participants, but decisive actors in Texas politics.
