Latino Victory Fund

First Latinas

The First Latinas program reaffirms Latino Victory’s commitment to breaking barriers for Latinas in government by recruiting, training, and championing candidates — while providing the additional resources and mentorship needed to overcome systemic obstacles to representation. Since launching in 2016 with the historic endorsement of Catherine Cortez Masto, the first Latina elected to the U.S. Senate, this program has helped usher in a groundbreaking class of Latinas at the local, state, and federal levels. These trailblazers are shaping policy, uplifting our communities, and inspiring the next generation to lead. Your support ensures we can continue making history — one Latina victory at a time.
