In solidarity with all of the protesters in cities across the country, Masks for America and our medical advisory team — who have been working to get PPE to healthcare workers throughout the COVID19 crisis — are turning our efforts to help protect frontline protesters nationwide demanding justice for Black lives.
Every single dollar we raise here will go directly to buy and overnight ship PPE and medical supplies for protesters in cities across the country. We are in close communication with grassroots organizers and rapidly learning of the needs of protesters each day. We have already sent KN95 masks to Minneapolis, delivered surgical masks, safety goggles and face shields to NYC and DC, and have more on the way.
Our hearts are heavy with injustice as we witness the brutal and gruesome massacres of Black people in America. We stand with you all in demanding the arrests of the killers, in defunding the police, and in supporting the powerful movement pouring out into the streets right now. We want to ensure protesters are properly protected against COVID as we continue to demand justice.
