"M" is an asylee from Central America — a brave soul who trekked 2,800 miles by foot, fleeing his own government who wanted him dead. The Comedy Resistance has been working with him for two years now, providing support in every step of his arduous asylum process.


A week ago, "M" was exposed to a confirmed COVID case at work and was sent into quarantine, unable to return to work in the near-term and thus make the money he sends to his family back home on a weekly basis, let alone pay rent nor buy food, since he can't leave the room he rents in Northern California.
