Contribution rules

  1. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  2. I am at least eighteen years old.
  3. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
Contributions to my campaign are governed by Tennessee campaign finance law. Individuals may contribute up to $1,900 per election to a local or school board campaign, and Political Action Committees (PACs) may contribute up to $10,100 per election to a candidate for local office. Primary, general, and special elections are each treated as separate elections for purposes of these limits. All contributions are publicly reported in compliance with state law. No corporate or foreign national contributions are permitted and contributions may not be made in another person’s name. Contributions are not tax-deductible.
