Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to MadSoul Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
MadSoul Victory Fund may accept up to $11,600/$15,000 from an individual/multi-candidate PAC. The first $3,300/$5,000 from an individual/multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to Maxwell Alejandro Frost Congress for the Primary Election. The next $3,300/$5,000 from an individual/multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to Maxwell Alejandro Frost Congress for the General Election. The next $5,000 from an individual/multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to A Love Supreme PAC. A Love Supreme PAC may receive up to $5,000 per calendar year from all sources.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting ldecot@mbacg.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
