Maia Pearson is the daughter of a graduate of Madison schools, a graduate of Madison schools herself, and a mother of current Madison students. Public education advocacy and investment runs in her family.

Maia, is currently the Vice President of Madison's Board of Education, and is seeking re-election. Despite public education divestment across Wisconsin and our country, the Madison community has worked hard to invest in our young people, families, educators and staff.

With hardship comes opportunity, and we have an opportunity to continue to make our public schools stronger, together: including our Board of Education.
