Contribution rules

  1. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  2. I am at least eighteen years old.
  3. I am not a federal contractor.
  4. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
  5. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Contributions to Maine Victory Fund 2026 will be allocated as follows: Contributions will be allocated in the following order for persons (“P”) and multicandidate committees (“PAC”): the first $3,500 (P) and $5,000 (PAC) to Troy Jackson for Maine; next $10,000 (P) and $5,000 (PAC) to the Maine Democratic Party; next up to $310,100 (P) and $105,000 (PAC) to DSCC, allocated first to its general fund and then to its headquarters fund or voter protection/legal defense fund up to the legal limits. Contributions or gifts to Maine Victory Fund 2026 are not tax deductible. Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting clary@dscc.org. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant. The allocation formula above may change if following it would result in an excessive contribution. Contributions will be used in connection with a federal election.
