I’m Majdi Gaith! I’m running because the families, students, immigrants, and small businesses of Downtown and Central Berkeley deserve a councilmember who fights for them, not one who answers to lobbyists and developers.


Our campaign is participating in Berkeley’s public financing program, which limits individual contributions to $60 per person.


After you donate, we’ll send you a link to the City’s matching form, along with instructions to help you complete the process. If you’re a Berkeley resident, the City can match your contribution at a 6:1 rate. That means your $60 donation can become $420 in public funds to support our campaign.
