Drew’s brave little state of Vermont went first when it passed a bill creating a climate Superfund last spring. New York was next, and Gov. Kathy Hochul just signed their bill into law! California introduced a similar bill last spring, and RL is working with Californians to build an unstoppable coalition when it's back in two months.
And that’s not all. New Jersey, Massachusetts, and even swing states like Michigan and North Carolina are considering their own bills to make polluters pay for climate chaos.
