I'm Katrina Manetta, & I'm running for State Representative in Michigan's 58th District.

I was born and raised here, I still live here, and I know what everyday life looks like for families in our district because it's been my life too. I've depended on tips, and I know how one unexpected bill can throw everything off.

After the 2024 election, I started organizing. I built Macomb Defenders Rising from 5 women in a coffee shop to a community of over 1,500 members, all of it as a volunteer. I've been showing up for this district for years, on my own time, because someone had to.

After losing my job earlier this year, I'm giving it everything I have. I'm running this campaign full-time, and the coalition that asked me to run has grown to more than 76 endorsements.

I'm running because it shouldn't be this hard to get ahead when you're doing everything right.

This is a people-powered campaign for affordability, safe communities, and accountability in Lansing. I don't take corporate PAC money, so I answer to the people of this district and no one else.
