I’m Manny Rutinel—a first-generation American, attorney, and a proud advocate for working families. Raised by a single mother who immigrated from Latin America, I know what it means to struggle. Growing up, we faced tough choices, like whether to pay for groceries, healthcare, or rent. 


As a Colorado State Representative, I’ve delivered for Colorado families just like my own by fighting for affordable housing and healthcare and defending our rights and freedoms.


Now, I’m the Democratic nominee for Colorado’s 8th Congressional District, and I’m honored to already have the endorsement of over 100 elected officials across Colorado. This is one of the nation’s most competitive seats, and the current Representative is a Trump-backed Republican. Our community deserves a better leader who will fight for every family to have the opportunity to thrive.

Contribution rules

  1. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  2. I am at least eighteen years old.
  3. I am not a federal contractor.
  4. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
  5. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Contributions to Manny Rutinel Victory Fund will be allocated as follows: The first $3,500/$5,000 of each contribution from a person/federal multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to Manny Rutinel for Congress for the General election. The next $5,000 of each contribution from a person/federal multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to American Dream for All PAC. The next $10,000/$5,000 from a person or federal non-multicandidate PAC/federal multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to the federal account of Federal: Colorado Democratic Party. Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting rutinel@mbacg.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
