I’m Manny Rutinel—a first-generation American, attorney, and a proud advocate for working families. Raised by a single mother who immigrated from the Dominican Republic, I know what it means to struggle. Growing up, we faced tough choices, like whether to pay for groceries, healthcare, or rent. 

As a Colorado State Representative, I’ve delivered for Colorado families just like my own by fighting for affordable housing and healthcare and defending our rights and freedoms.

Now, I’m running to represent Colorado’s 8th Congressional District, and I’m honored to already have the endorsement of over 20 elected officials across Colorado. This is one of the nation’s most competitive seats, and the current Representative is a Trump-backed Republican. Our community deserves a better leader who will fight for every family to have the opportunity to thrive.
