Contribution rules

  1. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am at least eighteen years old.
  4. I am not a federal contractor.
  5. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer for all individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle. Contributions or gifts to Lofgren Victory Fund are not tax deductible. Contributions will first be allocated to Lofgren for Congress and then be split evenly between Mike Levin for Congress, Josh Harder for Congress, Rudy Salas for Congress, Will Rollins for Congress, Adam Gray for Congress, Derek Tran for Congress, George Whitesides for Congress, and David Min for Congress (each herein a “Candidate Committee”). Contributions to each Candidate Committee will be considered designated to the 2024 General Election. Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting jeff@rollagroup.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
