Marcelino is a first generation college graduate and has dedicated his life to providing opportunities for every member of the community through his various servant leadership roles.
Since joining the Legislature he has worked on funding education and increasing the number of counselors on school sites, promoting environmental justice and a promotion of electric school buses for every school district, and ensuring everyone’s right to vote is protected.
