Throughout my career, I have always believed that one person can change the trajectory of another person’s life.
I’ve had the privilege of mentoring employees, developing future leaders, and helping people discover strengths they didn’t even know they had. Some of the individuals I’ve invested in have gone on to become managers, program leaders, and trusted advisors because someone took the time to believe in them.
That same belief is what inspires me to run for the Manassas City School Board.
Every student deserves opportunities to grow. Every educator deserves support and respect. Every family deserves a voice in their child’s education.
As a program manager with years of leadership experience in both the public and private sectors, I’ve built teams, managed complex programs, and worked collaboratively to solve challenges and achieve results. I bring a servant-leadership mindset focused on listening, learning, and putting people first.
I’m not running because I have all the answers. I’m running because I care deeply about our community and believe that when we invest in people, incredible things happen.
Together, we can build strong schools, strong relationships, and a brighter future for every student.
