Mark Vigliotta previously worked as a production machinery mechanic at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard and is now an Associate Organizer with the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM). Over nearly two decades at the shipyard, Vigliotta has built a reputation as a fighter for working people, advocating for fair pay, safe working conditions, and strong protections.Through his work as a union leader, Vigliotta has represented shipyard employees and other workers across York County and beyond.
Vigliotta lives in Lebanon with his wife, Wendy. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for steady leadership and a deep commitment to the safety and well-being of employees at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. Now running to represent Maine Senate District 33, Vigliotta is focused on delivering practical solutions that strengthen Maine’s workforce, support local communities, and ensure working families can thrive.
