Please join Friends of Mark Licker for a Kickoff fundraiser at Norcina at 186 N. Main Street, New City on September 16 from 5 pm to 7 pm.

"My name is Mark Licker and I’ve lived in Clarkstown since 1986. My wife and I have raised three children who flourished in Clarkstown Schools. I’m a lawyer and over the last 36 years have built a successful law practice in New City. This town has given me and my family more than I could ever ask for, and now it’s time for me to give back to this town that I love.

"It is time to take a hard look at spending and trim back costs while maintaining quality services for our residents. Lately, we’ve seen the proliferation of illegal housing and the overdevelopment of our community, and I will be a staunch defender of our suburban quality of life. We need to support our Police Department which does a great job of making our community safe.

"We need independent leaders who are focused on preserving our suburban quality of life, and can look to the future to preserve our tax base.
