It's time to start planning, fundraising, and organizing for a 2024 re-election campaign! Year 1 was COVID-19 crisis response, Year 2 was Marshall Fire crisis response. 2023 is focused on supporting staff, community and our non profit resources into recovery. I need a campaign manager to help with the logistics in preparation for the 2024 election season.
Contribution rules
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am a United States citizen.
- This contribution is not from a corporation or labor union.
Maximum contribution per person is $2,850 ($1,425 for the primary and $1,425 for the general election, which can be given at any time).
Colorado law prohibits candidates and candidate committees from accepting contributions from Limited Liability Companies (LLCs), if any of the LLC members are a:
→ Corporation or labor organization
→ Natural person who is not a U.S. Citizen
→ Foreign government
→ Professional or volunteer lobbyists, or a principal of a lobbyist prohibited from contributing by 1-45-05.5(1), C.R.S.
→ LLCs that the IRS treats as corporations, and from LLCs with publicly traded shares
