Kansas law allows individuals—including people, partnerships, corporations, and organizations—to contribute up to $1,000 per election ($1,000 for the primary and $1,000 for the general, for a total of $2,000). We are required to report the name and address of contributors whose total contributions exceed $50, and we must report the contributor’s occupation if contributions exceed $150.
