I am optimistic for a better future and I'm excited to run for the Iowa House in the new District 42!
My commitment to this community has not wavered. I am running for the Iowa House because I believe Ankeny deserves a representative who is committed to building trust and has a proven track record as their partner.
I’m running because I am passionate about fairness and solving real problems. Now, more than ever, Iowans deserve an open and honest conversation about the challenges and opportunities we face as a state. The last two years have exposed the cracks in the system that current leadership is choosing to either play politics with, or simply ignore.
We have so much to do to ensure economic security and economic opportunity for all Iowans - building up strong and safe public schools for all students and educators; expanding access to health care, child care, and affordable housing; addressing the workforce shortage; working for racial justice; and combating climate change, just to name a few.
I’m running because I love doing the job of working for Iowans. I’m ready. And I am asking for your support.
