A fixture of Maine politics, a former state representative, secretary of state, and now state auditor, Dunlap is running a neck-and-neck race in Maine's rural second Congressional district against former Gov. Paul LePage. A supporter of Medicare for All, if he wins, it will prove progressive populists can win in tough purple districts.
