Rebecca Maurer

Support Councilwoman Maurer in our fight for a Cleveland that works for everybody.

Councilwoman Rebecca Maurer is a lawyer and a community activist. She got her start in politics fighting for a law that would protect Cleveland's children from lead poisoning.

She was elected to Cleveland City Council in 2021, running on a platform of transparency and accountability in local government. She has fought hard to deliver on that promise.

Now, Councilwoman Maurer is running for a second term on Council to serve today's Ward 5, which was put together after the last round of redistricting. She's a proud resident of this ward, which covers Downtown, Central, and Slavic Village.
