- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.

- I am not a federal contractor.

Contributions that exceed $5,000 in the aggregate in a calendar year will be deposited in Voter Protection Project's independent-expenditure account. Voter Protection Project is not soliciting contributions earmarked for any particular candidate and will use all funds raised in its sole discretion. Recurring contributions may be used by Voter Protection Project for future donor matching programs.

Contributions to Schiff for Senate are not tax deductible. An individual or multi-candidate federal PAC may contribute a maximum amount of $3,500/$5,000 per election, the Primary and General being separate elections. Contributions from corporations, labor organization treasury funds, foreign nationals, and federal government contractors are prohibited. Contributions must be made from the contributor’s own funds, not those of another and contributors may not be reimbursed by any other person or entity.
Federal law requires us to use best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle.
