- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Contributions or gifts to Voter Protection Project are not tax deductible.
Voter Protection Project is a federal PAC with an independent-expenditure (“non-contribution”) account. Contributions that exceed $5,000 in the aggregate in a calendar year will be deposited in Voter Protection Project's independent-expenditure account. Voter Protection Project is not soliciting contributions earmarked for any particular candidate and will use all funds raised in its sole discretion.
