Contribution rules
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Contributions to McCann Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
For contributions from individuals and other federally permissible persons, the first $3,500 will be allocated to Sean McCann for Congress for the general election. The next $10,000 of each contribution will be allocated to the Michigan Democratic State Central Committee. Any additional amount, up to $5,000, will be allocated to Rivers and Lakes PAC.
For each contribution from multicandidate PACs, the first $5,000 will be allocated for the general election. The next $5,000 of each contribution will be allocated to the Michigan Democratic State Central Committee. Any additional amount, up to $5,000, will be allocated to Rivers and Lakes PAC.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting heather@hnrstrategies.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
