We’ll be celebrating trailblazing women past and present including welcoming two amazing trailblazers as our special guest speakers.
Representing the 9th District, United States Congresswoman Jan Schakowsky has earned a reputation as a liberal progressive for her stances on issues ranging from health care to consumer advocacy to marijuana legalization.
We are thrilled to have Lt. Governor Juliana Stratton as a guest speaker. In 2019, she shattered barriers when inaugurated as the first Black Lieutenant Governor and the first Black woman to serve as a constitutional officer in Illinois' over 200-year history.
McCDW knows how to put fun into fundraising! There will be small plates, photo ops with trailblazers, like-minded friends, and winning raffle baskets. Cash bar available, including a signature drink!
